Safe, Secure, Saved (Pack of 10)
In the Old Testament, God designated six cities, three on each side of the Jordan River, as cities of refuge so those of Israel who killed someone accidentally could be protected from the avenger of blood. The protection was in the city. If they were caught outside the city before the reigning high priest died, they could be put to death (Numbers 35).
Christians have fled for refuge and laid hold of the hope set before them in Christ (Hebrews 6:18).
